Energy Saving Window Installation at Home

Learn how to reduce energy costs and increase the comfort and efficiency of your home with the Whole House Program for Pennsylvania residential customers of Met-Ed, Penelec and Penn Power (FirstEnergy’s Pennsylvania utilities). The Whole House Program will help you identify energy efficiency improvements that may qualify you for up to $1,200 in total rebates.

  • Up to $300* in rebates for participating in a two-part comprehensive home energy audit, and
  • Up to $900** in rebates for installing energy-saving improvements such as:
  • Air sealing
  • Duct sealing
  • Insulation
  • Duct insulation
  • Windows and doors

*$150 rebate for the test-in audit and $150 rebate for the test-out performance audit after energy-saving measures have been installed

**Based on $.30/KWh savings achieved from installed improvements, up to $900 maximum.
