Pennsylvania residential customers of Met-Ed, Penelec and Penn Power (FirstEnergy’s Pennsylvania utilities) are eligible for rebates for a tune up of their HVAC system, as well as rebates for the purchase and installation of qualifying high-efficiency HVAC systems.
